Return Policy

Returns for Exchange or Store Credit only

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return for exchange or store credit. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, and with all tags attached. It should also be returned in its original packaging.

Processing and Store Credit

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria. If everything is in order, we will issue you a store credit via email. This store credit can be used towards a future purchase on our website.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are certain exceptions and non-returnable items. Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, cannot be returned. Additionally, personal care goods, such as beauty products, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Damages and Issues

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you happen to receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
