    Please allow 2-3 days for processing & handling your order. All orders will ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise noted. A tracking number will be sent directly to your email.

  • Returns for Exchange or Store Credit only

    You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return for exchange or store credit. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, and with all tags attached. It should also be returned in its original packaging.

  • Processing and Store Credit

    Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria. If everything is in order, we will issue you a store credit via email. This store credit can be used towards a future purchase on our website.

  • Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

    Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, cannot be returned. Additionally, personal care goods, such as beauty products, are non-returnable. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.

  • Damages and Issues

    We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you happen to receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Final Note

    Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
